Our well equipped quality assurance department overseas the following activities:- The system controls the quality of the incoming materials and components as per the raw material test certificate of these material. Random checks are conducted for ensuring the appropriate chemical and physical properties, at Government approved laboratory.
- They thoroughly inspect the various processes like forming, pressing, forging and heat treatment process.
- Suitable fixtures and templates are used to maintain dimensional accuracy in our product range. The gauges and calipers are calibrated on a regular basis to maintain accuracy.
- The fittings offered by us are supplied with test certificate as per approved QAP. Test certificates cover the aspects like- chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness details of heat treatment, ultrasonic test, radiography test and stamping details.
The products manufactured at our facility are tested on numerous quality parameters. Following is a brief list of the quality checking processes and test conducted at our testing laboratory:- Non-destructive electric test (Eddy Current Unit from MAC- USA)

- Chemical analysis: Gravimetric and Volumetric analysis
- Corrosion testing: Test for intergranular corrosion as per ASTM A 262 Practice A, B, C, D & E
